Refund Policy for Event Hall Items Rental:
We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. Our refund policy for event hall items rental is as follows:
1. Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel your rental order, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- Refunds for cancellations made within the acceptable timeframe will be processed promptly.
- Refunds for cancellations made outside the acceptable timeframe may be subject to deductions for any costs incurred by the rental company.
3. Damaged or Missing Items:
- Upon receiving the rented items, please inspect them for any damages or missing pieces.
- If you find any damages or missing items, please notify us immediately.
- Damages caused during the rental period may result in additional charges or deductions from the security deposit.
4. Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required for certain rental items.
- The security deposit will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe after the rental items are returned in satisfactory condition, minus any deductions for damages or missing items.
5. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Certain fees, such as delivery and setup fees, may be non-refundable.
- Any non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
6. Changes to Rental Orders:
- Changes to rental orders, including adjustments to rental dates or items, may be accommodated based on availability and may affect refund eligibility.
7. Force Majeure:
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel rental orders. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or refunding the rental fees.
